Katrina Barbisan helped me plan a trip for myself and my large group of 23 people to Hawaii. She helped find the best prices on flights for our group, managed payments in my very complicated way, helped switch names last minute, gave me info and advice on baggage costs, car rentals, insurance and was there for me and my friends EVERY step of the way with prompt and super friendly service. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone for any travel needs. She's the best :)

Highly recommended 5star Good Deal I love the service I receive here. Gurjeet always tries his best to find the best deals for me. He always finds 5he cheapest deals for me. He calls and texts me to give me options over the phone and I've always had a great experience with them. I would recommend them over anyone else.

A fabulous 3 hours ferry tour to the gateways of kayaking adventure on the west coast

I have gone on two expeditions with Blain, and both were tremendous. The equipment was super fun, and Blain is such a nice guy. He knows the area, has interesting stories about everywhere, and always has great snacks! We took 4 kids ages 3, 6, 6, and 8 out for a day in the Polaris RZR 4's and it was awesome. Everyone had so much fun. Thanks Blain, see you next summer!

Had the unfortunate experience of walking in here and dealing with the staff last week. I was looking into flights for myself and my mother, and being an inexperienced traveler, I thought I would try to book with an agent. The staff seemed limited here (only 2 people working?) and I was ignored when first walking in because as I was rudely informed by a young lady, "SHE WAS ON THE PHONE". I finally got the chance to speak to Briane, who was apparently the assistant manager but seemed very inexperienced!! She was actually rude when I brought up the possibility of booking with my credit card points too. I was unsure if I could use them, but she snapped at me "We don't do that here" and from that point on was short and unprofessional. I felt as though this office didn't want my business so I'm glad I left and went up the street to Around the World Travel. I dealt with Karen there, who was wonderful and took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend you avoid Flight Centre and their young, inexperienced, and downright rude staff. I can see why people I know told me to avoid Flight Centre all together.

Flora was very friendly and helpful in finding me a ticket to Vietnam. She got me a much lower return ticket compare to Flight Centre. Plus, she got me a discount on my ticket. I'd recommend people to get your ticket. They'll help you find the lowest fare possible. PS: You don't have to speak Mandarin to come here.
