Trustee in Bankruptcy

I was in a financial bind that seemed to be getting worse, so I sought financial advice. At the time, my credit was still good but I was struggling to make payments. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with a debt consultant that cost me money and time. Afterwards I still did not know what to do or how to go about fixing my finances. The turning point came when I called Randy West from R. West and Associates. As desperate as I was, I had been burned before and I was obviously very skeptical. He was able to tell me in 10 minutes what took 4 months to find out on my own. After fully explaining what he can and cannot do for me, he told me what was best for me in my situation. My situation was like walking into a fox’s den and then someone simply with some integrity, telling me I didn’t belong there. The only thing I have for this man in return for his integrity and his commitment to simply providing excellent financial service to his customers, is my full honor of respect and gratitude. I believe Randy West is a man that will stand for you in your financial crisis and give you the precise service you need. As gimmicky as that sounds, it is simply because of my encounter with Randy that gave me the ability to find the foundation I needed. I am proud to say that I have cleared my debt with my creditors. The turning point was based on that first 10 minutes of Randy finding out what my situation was and showing me what could be done. He never stopped trying to help, to see if he could help further and still providing good integral advice…. Amazing!!! ….and for that I write this review for R. West and Associates. I do believe these are people you can trust.

R West and Associates did a sup er job for us in our debt issues,,,, and we cannot complain,,,, as long as one follows through with R West guidlines, do your homework on expenses, save every scrap of receipt you have expended funds on, make sure you have funds in your bank account for fees, and you will succeed in youe debt issues. Extremely upset over their practice. DO NOT trust these folks with your debt recovery, consumer proposal. Aside from Brett never returning your calls on the days he makes arrangements too, they also do not think highly of their customers and really only see you as a dollar amount. Or as the email which was wrongfully sent to me, from Brett's assistant "you win some you lose some from disgruntled customers" This is my financial well being - and I'm paying a hefty monthly fee which equals my overall debt at the end of 5 years so I'm not gaining anything from going with them, except rudeness and attitude from the employees. AVOID

I have used Sands & Associated a couple of times. The staff is very friendly and sensitive to the issue being dealt with. Staff were able to answer any question I asked of them,. I would highly recommend S&A to anyone who would need them.

If debt owns you, get a hold of Ken Rowan. He will consolidate all debts do a consumer proposal and soon your mind is at rest. Ken really works for you, he asks you what would be in your comfort zone when paying off your loans. Then he lets you know your time period when it will be paid in full.
