This has been taken over by a new vet and we are extremely upset at the way he treated my parents who had to put down their old, in lots of pain, dog who they lived for many years. They made an appt for euthanization so she would not suffer any longer afterany, many months of debate and heartache watching their dig deteriorate daily. Once there, they were made to feel awful for thinking of doing this, and informed by the vet tjat he doesn't really like to do these procedures, trying to get them to pay for more mefs, surgury and so on. Which by the way senior citizens can't afford! They did notget up one day and say "gee-we should put the old girl down!". They agonized over this for months until we said it was time to let her go in peace and no more suffering! They loved her all their life and did the kind, humane thing! This person should not judge so quickly without a background! They will not do well in s small town as word will spread quickly of his poor customer serbice sills! Very disappointed!

Great visit. My dog wasnt muzzled even after old canal wanted to , they actually talked to my dog instead of just me. Really great doctor and assistant. Dr. Kelley is an amazing doctor two thumbs up for her. I really liked how they explained to me the process every step they were taking to help Genesis.

I take out dog there. Good people.

I have a 13 year old minpin..That was familiar with the same vet for years. When i moved here from nj, I was lost. My dog walker recommended a vet in lynbrook (not mentioning any names) but they were super expensive, not very informative and the waiting room time was almost an hour. I took my dog in for an xray...and 3,000 later..they didnt tell me anything that i didnt already know..my dog has arthritis. I then read the reviews for south bellemore and decided to try them. Miraculous!! I wait maybe 5 minutes every time we visit. The doctors are super friendly,caring and yet no nonsense..they tell it like it is...they listen to the pets needs/concerns.. .and they dont try to push other supplements, procedures, light therapy or accupuncture bills onto your wallet! Dr Carrie and dr jenna are the best!!! I would recommend this office to everyone!!

Newport Veterinary Hospital has the most compassionate staff. They have been serving our family for many years now and they treat our pets as if they were their own. I highly recommend them!

WE recently went and saw Hailey and she was good with my little boy kitten and also my other kitty my girl. she was really gentle with my kitties. I would recommend that you see her. I heard a little about Hailey before I meet her through a family member that she is a good vet doctor , and really good with the animals.
