Highly recommend. Friendly, go above and beyond, modern facilities, very clean ans professional and good prices. The vets are very knowledgeable and practical we never feel up sold here. Feels like medical doctors and they take the time to explain in detail any tests etc and answer any questiona thoroughly.

Awesome place to bring your furry loved one! They handled the death of our Buddy with compassion. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Very knowledgeable group of doctors and RVTs. The staff at Southglen have helped to save two of my pets' lives. My cat had an abscess rupture on the front of his throat. Which left vital tissues and muscles exposed. Whereas my Blue Heeler mix got into something in our backyard that caused her to spike a fever and certain liver values to raise dangerously high. Both animal respectively spent a week in clinic and came very close to losing their lives. While in clinic we received detailed treatment plans and daily updates from the doctors on the status of their conditions. As well as discussion and verbal consent of treatment(s). Whenever asked about veterinary care - I always suggest Southglen. I cannot say enough great things about this clinic.

I made a reservation a month in advance to board my cat for two weeks for a family vacation. I took the cat to her vet a week ago and got up to date vaccination records. When I arrived to drop off the cat, they would not take her because they also wanted a letter from the vet about upper respiratory infections. It was a holiday, so phone contact with the vet was not possible. I was left with no place for my cat, putting my family vacation at risk at the last moment. No apparent concern from "Happy Tails" about the consequences of their inflexible and unreasonable requirements. I will never make reservations there again.

I took my sick duck to Winrose this morning. The staff were so helpful, accommodating, and just plain amazing. I can't thank them enough, best exotic vet in Winnipeg.

Dr Danko is very knowledgeable and caring and able to accommodate urgent appointments without delay....you will not be disappointed....
