Very helpful personal! My dog feels comfortable anytime we go for a visit

The staff are so kind and friendly. Vet was very laid back and is very gentle examining my kitten and gave great information.

Avoid this clinic like the plague. They completely overcharge you for services (it cost more than double the cost of the actual procedure completed at The Spay Clinic to replace the stitches of that procedure) and put charges on your credit unbeknownst to you ($197 just to examine our pet) that didn't appear on the bill we were given when we picked her up.

Good vet, Dr Rick can even get my chihuahua to calm down and that doesn’t happen with too many people.

Wife took our puppy just to get something to go with his food. we simply went because our new puppy had the runs and wanted to make sure he was ok. Vet said everything looked good and suddenly said "okay he seems healthy, we do blood now" and whisked him away without another word. After we hear him screaming, he comes out with his arm DRENCHED in blood. Vet basically bullied her and took him in for bloodwork that she did not want and then our puppy came back bleeding. Vet did not answer her questions at all and when she complained he threatened legal action if she didn't pay the full price he wanted to charge. Do not come here. This vet does not care about the well-being of animals, only about making money.

All pricing aside- my parents brought their beautiful German Shepherd “Taurus” in for a hip surgery on one leg and the removal of pins in the other; and all was good until a huge infection set in where they removed the pins. Pain relief should be paramount for animals and My parents had to take Taurus back over i4 times because the pain meds were not working for him. Everytime they went back they saw a different Dr until my parents demanded that Taurus remain at the clinic so that his pain could be managed. My mom went back the next day and she waited for half an hour to see him all the while she could hear him crying in the back. Finally he stopped and she asked why and they said that they had to sedate him because his pain was so high. What took them so long? Would they have sedated him if my mom hadn’t gone back to see him? This is an emergency clinic - however; nothing can be done until the Surgeon decides to get back to them. Taurus has been at the clinic over 24hours in excruciating pain!! I am absolutely sick with how he has been made to suffer.

The staff is amazing. From the Vet to the assistant, very sweet to our baby. Thank you all.
