Dr. Marsales clearly cares about animals. He is extremely knowledgeable but he will also delve into literature on his own time to make sure your pet is getting the proper treatment. When our dog contracted Lyme disease Dr. Marsales went above and beyond to make sure our dog was properly treated. When it came time for our pet to be euthanized years later.... Dr. Marsales and his assistant were amazing. The procedure was done with care and dignity.

Took our dog to get neutered, and informed them that he had cryptorchidism (one testicle didn’t drop) they went ahead and did the surgery, opened his abdomen (for an extra charge which we were fine with because they were going to remove it)($630 for this whole procedure) well they didn’t find the one testicle. So we had to go to an emergency vet to get an ultrasound ($840) and then go back to them to get neutered again and we had to pay $450! They shouldn’t have done the first surgery based on a ‘guess’ and went straight to the ultrasound and it would have saved me $600. Staff may be nice but I feel 100% scammed and ripped off!
