Dr. Spence, Office Manager and all staff were wonderful to us. She saved our dog in an emergent situation. We also saw Dr. Cornish on a routine visit and she was pretty great too. We highly recommend this office. It’s obvious the doctors and staff love and care very much for animals.

Fair pricing and the vet that worked with our rabbit was very patient, friendly, and made sure to go over everything so that nothing was left to wonder.

Dr. Rachel Thomas, well known for her love for and compassion for pets and their humans, is now at the McLeod Road Animal Clinic at 7000 McLeod Road in Niagara Falls Ontario. She has been a long time vet of ours and we even travel back to her from our home north of Huntsville. I would not trust my precious fur babies with anyone else!

Fantastic Doctors. Very happy with their honesty and professionalism. My dogs like them too. Win win situation.

Couldn't ask for a better vet to take my furbabies! Dr. Carter is outstanding. My dog gets so excited to see her and my cat, who becomes a maniac at the vets, Dr. Carter was so patient and knew exactly how to handle him. She has a heart of gold and I wouldn't trust my babies in the hands of anyone else!

I have had good, and bad experiences at Beattie Animal Hospital (Stoney Creek). My most recent was a heartbreaking, but good experience. My husband and I had to make the difficult decision to euthanize our cat. The staff were sympathetic, and very nice, making one of the hardest days, a bit smoother. The vet that handled the euthanasia (Dr Marr) has now become my favourite Dr. She was an absolute gem, and made us aware of everything that was going to happen. We appreciated her kindness, at such an emotional time. (We have had bad experiences with other Drs in the clinic.) My remaining furry family will remain patients at this clinic, soley because of the most recent Dr.

I wish that I could give this place 0 stars. I brought my cat in, extremely scared for his life, and the doctor decided that it was time to put him down. I obviously left, as she had no idea of his history, and no motivation to find his history. The way she spoke to me was disguisting, speaking to me like I knew nothing, and acting like she was giving me the right options. I brought my cat to my actual vet this morning, and he informed me that I did the right thing not putting him down, as she knew nothing about my cat and did not believe what I was telling her. My cat is currently at home, getting better and this doctor wanted me to kill him. This place is terrible and does care AT ALL about your feelings or your pets health. DO NOT GO HERE, seriously use the Niagara Falls emergency clinic, they are professional and actually care.

I love Dr. Paul. He is an amazing vet. Explains things very well. ie; reasons for any tests needed, what he believes diagnosis is and why. He doesnt go over board with a bunch of unnecessary tests. Is always available to answer calls Wednesday to Fridays. And encourages you to call if you are concerned. And always returns phone calls. Listens very well and repeats what you have said as he is writing to be certain he understood what you are saying. He clearly loves animals.

The staff at Scugog animal hospital are always friendly and the veterinarians are amazing. They are friendly, compassionate and well knowledgeable in regards to treatments, informed about up to date false information on the website that self diagnosed patients rely on, and well versed in current treatment for animals. Have been bringing my pets there for the last 2years and got nothing but the best from them.
