Knowledgeable staff, was served quickly without appointment, vet was good and confident in his knowledge and went over everything that I needed for my pet. It's a bit on the pricey side but what vet isn't really. Going to use this location for my vet needs from now on.

I've been taking my pets here for 16 years, best vet I've ever had! I now live in Toronto and I'm struggling to find a place that even remotely compares. I miss this place, you guys are the best!

One sided completely for the landlords The people here were very discriminating The Tenant has Zero rights. The Landlord and Tenants Act was written for the Landlord only. Refused to help my wife and myself.

Dr. Aziz and all his staff are an important part of our family! We have five animals and take them all to Dr. Aziz. I never needed an emergency appointment until last night (knock on wood), when my far-too-adventurous kitten broke his tail and ended up requiring an amputation. Thank God for this group of people that love our furbabies like we do! Thanks to them, Squeak is now resting peacefully at home! Thank you!

The staff at Blue Cross is second to none! We brought our pug Chester in with a emergency seizure – they were so understanding and wonderful during this stressful, scary incident and they couldn’t have been more professional (Chester wasn’t even a patient at the time) We love them so much that they are now the only clinic I would take my pugs to!!! I’ve tried 3 different clinica throughout the Hamilton area and they are by far the nicest and most trustworthy. Dr. Christine, Shelby and the rest of the staff are to be commended for their wonderful environment.

Since I moved to Hamilton the cat clinic has taken care of my cats. Very professional and dedicated clinic. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The newsletter are informative as well.

Honestly, I am not quiet sure how this vet is in practice. Not only are is the equipment out of date but so is the level of professionalism. I spent a large sum of fund in the 1000s in respect to my horses soundness and because the vet refused to take my information into consideration, I was told to make my mare a brood mare. However, after a second round of treatment with no diagnosis and/or improvement in my horse. I followed my gut and shipped my mare for a second opinion, and I wasn't surprised when the new vet diagnosed her with what I suggested in the beginning. I also am aware of at least 2 other boarders at my barn that refuse to use her based on similar situations. As of this summer I am moving all my ver needs to a new more competent vet and am still contemplating filing something with the Ontario vet association. In regards to professionalism, the fact that she was unable willingly supply with me with xrays that I paid for to take to the new vet. In addition, to bad mouthing him and his work/bedside manor.

The vet has a very harsh attitude and acts rushed. There was an appearance of a lack of compassion.
