When my poor sick 17 yr old dog suddenly became very ill I was told I was no longer a patient here because she wasn't there since 2018. I tried to explain, It was COVID, and she wasn't sick, it would have been too stressful for her to go to a vet during this shut down especially when I couldn't go in with her. They didn't care, they wouldn't see her. Becare who you choose as a vet! Rest in peace, my sweet Kira! Sept 11th 2021

Just wanted to say that Prince Edward County Vet services were absolutely fantastic. Being from out of province they saw my dog right away for heat rash. Staff were kind and friendly. Dr Steven James is a kind and excellent vet. As well as being a genuine compassionate man. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. Brad and Doug the golden retriever ❤️

So thankful for Dr. Frost and the entire staff of Macedon Vet Care. My family has been going there since they were on Paddy Lane with our family dog and now I travel there from Penfield for my cats. Fair, understanding and supportive they take caring for my fur babies as seriously as I do.

Everyone is always very friendly and helpful and takes care to make my dog Charlee feel comfortable (she gets very nervous and timid at the vet). Both times we had more of an emergent situation they were informative and were able to help us, both with the issues Charlee was having as well as giving us peace of mind.

My dog was a jerk and ate a cob from corn on the cob...my own bet wasn't sure if he still had a piece & sent me to Dr Berry for a possible costly scope... Dr Berry examined and re x-rayed my dog & spoke to me at great length about options and what he thought was going on...needless to say, no costly scope just some medications for his tummy ...I'm absolutely positive our situation set him back time wise but neither he nor his staff made me feel rushed & were always smiling... absolutely amazing group there and would recommend to anyone...
