Same issue as Darin. We will not bring our dog back as the pea gravel in the blazing hot summer days burned our dog’s paws. Instead of calling us, as we could of made arrangements to have her picked up, they kept treating her with the same pink liquid for the next 2-3 days. End result was a dog that suffered for a good week before it healed and a hefty vet bill.
Since then, we refuse to put our dog at any kennel that doesn’t have grass play areas.
