Would not recommend. I found she was uncertain of any questions and would refer to specialists and worst case scenarios to answer instead of diagnosing . Almost seemed like scare tactics. Left her office more concerned than when we went in and with more questions. Also upon leaving we were surprised with higher bills for vaccinations than I’ve ever paid. The additional charge for “ checkups “ which was a 10 second glance was insane. Carleton veterinary was our next stop after our second visit and they provided a homey, comfortable, family vibe. They took the time to reassure any concerns, the vet techs were so professional and caring, and the vet himself was more than we could have ever asked for. Not to mention they charged reasonable rates for expectional services.

I took my dog there last night as I suspected she swallowed poison. I can’t believe that an emergency vet cannot induce vomiting until with talking to the aspca. They are an EMERGENCY VET!!! Everyone is so slow and they have no empathy. They told me they could not treat my dog for 8 hours, I thought she swallowed poison and I know there is a 4 hour window. I got more help calling the number on back of the package and inducing vomiting myself. I called the office to complain and the woman got defensive so that tells me all I need to know.

They are all so friendly and the doctors are the best. I especially like Dr. Steven Poindexter. They answer all your questions about your pet and they do everything for them.

Very good. The only issue, they don't respond emails. So I had to go there in person to get a medical history of my pet. Hopefully this minor issue will be fixed.

April 20 I was looking for a clinic that saw my almost dying Rozlka yorke terrier, Eardly hospital in Aylmer in which had been costumer for 20 years, 2 days before I was with Rozalka in the clinic we have prescription for med., and we pay $270 , they disappointed me very much, without asking the doctor lady from the front desk sent me to the emergency room in Ottawa, which automatically connected with a huge expense, I called a few other clinics, and I heard the same.... emergency...., only doctor Michaud replied and to my delight answer was a positive we have visit at 7:30 pm the clinic was open until 8:00 pm Doctor and his assistant stay with us until 10:00 pm. I was very insistent to do ultra sound and X-ray , but this wonderful man did not want me to pay for additional expenses, he said that we will do only a blood test and later we will see what's next. DR. Michaud ordered me to discontinue the medicines which I got early from the Eardly Clinic, food that I could feed the syringe with and the same way to give water. the next day DR. Michaud called with the result of blood, the test show that was something wrong with kidneys, nothing serious, of course I fell into panic, what should I do? i need some medicine more tests ?doctor answer was..... for now nothing, do what I ask, we will decide on Monday. My beloved rozalka was in agony, I with my friend, we are already mourned Rozalka, she was like a cloth poured through our hands .... about 4 pm r Rozalka got up and went on a diaper to pee, on the way back went to drink water and eat some food, to my great joy, an hour later Rozalka drinking and eating , she followed me, she was very alert ..... medications prescribed in Eardly Clinic were inappropriate, Rozalki organism was systematically poisoned ..... in my eyes Dr. Michaud is a wizard he saved Rozalke for not big fee ....... I highly recommend, wonderful doctor, it's hard to find one like him ..... thank you doctor, I am very thankful Rozalka, too Mila Andrzejewska

This vet is good for shots only. If you have a problem with your dog, do NOT go here. My dog had blood in her urine. They put her on the same antibiotics 3 times without resolution. Finally went to Roose in Plymouth and they are doing a culture of her urine and agreed to try a different antibiotic. He also told me if he can't resolve the problem, he'll send me to a specialist. I don't think Jeffrey knew what to do and I don't think they wanted to be bothered. Save yourself the time and money, go anywhere else! Update: roose actually cultured her urine and found that the antibiotic given 3 times by Jeffrey was resistant. My dog is now receiving an antibiotic that will actually work. Hopefully, she hasn't suffered permanent damage.

Took my kitty here when she was acting weird after a night in the ER. The doctors were really caring and they made sure you knew exactly what you were paying for before doing anything so there were no surprises. The staff was very kind as well

I been going there for 5 dogs we had during our lives so far. They are nice people.
