Waterproofing

My mother in law had them come in and they did a terrible job. They patched the wall where it didn't need to be patched. You could tell the leak wasn't any where near it. They did not return her calls and she also is having someone else redo the job the way it should have been done in the first place. Wouldn't recommend this company to no one.

Recently had a cistern installed, I spent time with Dan communicating. It took longer then I had hoped but his demand is great, he was worth the wait. He's professional and very reasonable.

I would highly recommend, BBS Foundation Repair and waterproofing. They quickly booked an appointment to Excavate, for exterior waterproofing, drainage system and interior injections. The men were very professional with immaculate clean up. I had one small leek during a heavy rainfall after repairs and BBS stood by their warranty 100% coming within the hour before the rain stopped to inspect. They booked a second appointment for next day and no more leaks. Professional service with a smile.

I had him come out twice for an estamite on basement waterproofing and replacing sub pump. Called 3-4 times only got a call back first time about how they were sending out estamites that day. Been a month never received estamite. Very Unprofessional, if you can't do the job tell the customer don't ignore them.

Moser's Basement Waterproofing is a lifesaver! After every storm I would have inches of water in my basement. That is until Matt and his crew installed new draintile around the perimeter of the entire basement and put in the quietest sump ever. I would recommend this company to anyone that has basement water issues. Can wait to have them do my yard drainage...

Trevor & Alex did an awesome job fixing two minor cracks in our foundation. They called to say they would be early! Yes.. Repair people who are early? Amazing! Great job guys! Highly recommended.
