Waterproofing

I recently bought a rental property and started demoing the basement and to my surprise the foundation had two cracks that were letting water in. I called 4 foundation companies and 3 either had horrible customer service from the first conversation, outrageous prices, or just never got back to me - I'm still shocked some of these places are in business. The Crack Specialist was incredible to work with. Lorrie was amazing and communicated everything with me. They made me priority and did an incredible job! HIGHLY recommend.

I had water coming into my detached garage. There is water damage to the bottom pieces of wood siding, sill plate and plywood. I also had a gutter dumping water across my sidewalk and the sump discharge was emptying right next to foundation. All my issues were corrected last year and I do not get water in my garage anymore.

Estimate was given by a knowledgeable man, and work was completed in a timely fashion. I'm pleased

Must be a busy time in the concrete world. I've contacted numerous firms, and so far I can't find anyone interested in doing a garage floor. (no email replies, calls not returned)

Piss poor outfit. For starters they waste your time with missed appointments without a car to call customer.

Very pleased with their services. Felt like they didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need and Shane answered every question we had. The crew was professional and also very helpful. What they did seems to have fixed our problem completely. I'd highly recommend them.
