Waterproofing

Terrible company, first they pulled no permit, how do I know their stay dry system got installed. Paved over water discharge area without informing me about it. They dug up my yard and left it for over six months. Lanny Reece will lie right to your face. I can't believe they're still in business. Run, don't walk away from this company!!!

When we purchased our house just over ten years ago our only concern was we noticed it had work done in the basement indicating flooding problems. We were told that Everdry had done work on it and all we need do was pay the warranty each year. We have been paying that warranty and through the ten years they have come to service our basement multiple times, mostly just cleaning out the lines and trap but twice replaced the sump pump and once patching the concrete where the floor meets the wall where a leak developed. I had to pay nothing but my yearly warranty for this service. The best investment made to this house. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. Update: last spring after the restaurant next to us had closed down and we had a lot of rain their storm drains were clogged and their parking lot was a lake! It soon started draining into our yard. Their are a lot of iron deposits in our soil, with the rush of water they gathered at the bottom of the foundation where the drainage pipes are, clogging them. Everdry came by, dug up the area, cleaned out the problem, re-cemented the area. At no extra cost to me. Thank you so much Everdry. :D

Horrible custcustomer service. Primary way of contacting was by text. 3 months and was still waiting to have my driveway poured. I would say stay away from this company.

Fantastic company, great workmanship. Cleaned up after their work, and you never even noticed they were there.

The absolute best team to get in for anything basement 100% reliable and trustworthy!

Professional, fast and friendly. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Very satisfied customer.

Thank you to everyone at Neverwet Basements that was involved in the waterproofing of my basement. They were hardworking, polite and they always had a smile on their face, no matter how hard the work was. They jackhammered the inside perimeter of the basement and carried out buckets of concrete while still taking care to keep my house as clean as possible. They removed the mold. My basement is now clean, odor free, dry and comfortable and the work came with a lifetime warranty. Special thanks to Kevin and Joel for keeping me well informed throughout the process and thanks to everyone involved for going above and beyond. I highly recommend Neverwet Basements. If you need your basement waterproofed, this is the company to hire!

Great service

Trevor & Alex did an awesome job fixing two minor cracks in our foundation. They called to say they would be early! Yes.. Repair people who are early? Amazing! Great job guys! Highly recommended.

Tom and his team did a great job repairing our basement. They showed up on time, were quick and the quality of the work was fantastic.
