Exhaust inspection done beyond good service......and found nothing wrong.....after a shady shop insisted that the exhaust needed repairs TWICE. Definitely Great Honest service the last Krown Rust Control did wonders to my 13year old car....runs 5years younger....whatever they did was the best ever

Sells you a lifetime warranty and then doesnt stand by it. Do not go to this person.

Had a patio door installed today and these guys know what they're doing! Very polite and professional. And the price couldn't be beat. Recommend to anyone in Windsor area. The website has a cool online quoting system.

The staff are amazing. A great place to spend money. Special praises go to Lisa on the order desk that girl knows her stuff.

Worst customer service. Ordered windows last August. They were installed in March. However out bay window was “measured wrong” so we are still waiting on the install of a bay window. No one answers. Or calls back. It’s been 10 months. Will be reporting them. Do not use this company.

Had the windows on my brand new jeep tinted here. Bubbles everywhere so i brought it back in to have it fixed. They left razor blades in my car which were found by my 8 year old. Still have bubbles everywhere so i brought it back in. I was told that i am too picky and that is the best they could do. There are 327 bubbles on 1 window and that is the best that can be done and they are not incompetent. My car is now going to someone else to get the tint done.

Skipped out on bill, disabled their fax machine

Again!!!!!!!!! Nothing has been offered to me and my husband for all the screw up that pella has put us through and your rude customer service doesn’t help again!!!!!!!!! So from my first post which is below, they called and had someone come out then the machine broke which I understand and then rescheduled and the weather was bad then rescheduled and now they called 15 minutes before the window closed they called and rescheduled again, they have not offered me anything at all just fix my windows which my bills have gone up they keep apologizing and I don’t want that I want something done about this whole mess. I have a neighbor dealing with this as well and another neighbor who decided not to use them because they see what we are going through!!!!! We spent 10,000 dollars on Windows for almost our entire house and we planned on doing a few other things. However they half assed the job to get it done in one day. Half the windows caulked drafts in my windows and so on. We called and spoke to the manager they sent someone out to fix what they could I specifically asked them not to caulk because someone was going to come out and see how half assed it was. What did they do caulk anyway then their manager said they called and verified with my husband when they were coming. What an idiot he spoke with me and the lady knew lie after lie after mess up after mess up. Then someone came out to make sure the windows were squared half of them were not and he found a list of issues he said he would go to his office put in a report and someone would contact us about coming out to fix everything that was December 14th and we have heard nothing so 10,000 dollars later and them not credited anything and my heat bill went up with my new triple pain windows that aren’t correctly put in this is very frustrating. I would never use them again and now I don’t know how to fix my windows. Then they tell me to email them and I’ve gotten no response don’t fall for it at all
