Extremely happy with our amazing new front door ! We did our research and requested quotes from multiple vendors for a fiberglass front door. Sanjeeve from Homedecor was kind enough to visit us and explained the different features of the mastergrain fiberglass doors that they carry and the different options. We also visited his showroom and the factory where we were able to see different doors and fixtures, get an idea of how the doors were being made and the quality of the materials used. Though they quoted a slightly higher price than some of the other quotes that we requested, we were convinced by the quality of the work and attention to detail and decided to go ahead with them for our new door. We are glad we made the right choice … the installers were on time, were extremely professional and did an amazing, professional job. Absolutely delighted with the quality of the work and their service and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for new doors !

Poor service and sub standard windows. Whatever you do do not give your hard earned cash to this guy. He is knows nothing about windows or installing windows.

B Quiet Windows are incredible. We got Anthony to install our living room with B Quiet windows floor to ceiling windows that expand into our bedroom and it definitely makes a difference. Living in a condo unit near a highway and trains there is a decrease in the noise pollution and makes our place feel cozy and quiet. Worth the money and the service is great!

We dealt with Michael Montecalvo this summer at Encore Windows and Doors. We had them replace a broken window and 4 doors. We could not have been happier with the experience! He took his time explaining the different products available and I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. The installers were on time, very helpful and cleaned up when the job was done. We have had nothing but compliments!

From all the available options out there, I was very weary that I'd have a bad experience with a company that would disappear as soon as the job was done. To my pleasure, Quantum is by no means that company. Throughout the entire process they educated me, compromised with me, and were very patient and accommodating with my inordinate amount of inquiries. Overall fantastic experience and one that I look forward to having again when more work is needed. Estrah family.

Very rude receptionist. They made a mistake on their end regarding what day and time the appointment was. After waiting over 30mins for the rep to arrive I called the office to find out what was up. The receptionist was rude and flip., even suggesting it was my fault. Even though the time they had on their end is never an available day or time for me. She said she had tried to reach me but there were no messages on my landline or cell. Total waste of my time. Crappy customer service. I'll go elsewhere. Lucky for me there are a lot of window and door outfits to choose from.

We hired Eco Choice to replace all the windows in our house. Seemed like a job well-done when initially installed. Unfortunately, two of the newly installed windows developed large cracks. Getting Eco Choice or Vinyl Pro (their window provider) to replace these windows totally tarnished our experience. It took MONTHS to get the windows replaced despite numerous phone calls, appointments and promises from both Eco Choice and Vinyl Pro that they would quickly replace the windows. In particular, two appointments were made in which the company failed to show up without any notice (we missed work meetings and picking up kids for nothing!). Instead of repairing the windows on agreed upon dates and times, they opted to show up at my front door, calling me at work to open the door when nobody was home. We found this highly unprofessional and are very disappointed. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this company to others.

Their sales guy was amazing, and the windows are pretty good. The installation was a little bit of a mess. There was damage to most of the window ledges when they removed the old ones. Very hard to open the kitchen window. Full body weight must be used. My big complaint is God help you, if you need a call back!! The caulking around some of the outside windows started to show splits, and after 3 months of trying to get someone out to fix it, I gave up and had to call someone else.
