Jana is amazing and unique in her practice. My right foot had suffered a badly collapsed arch. Specific foot exercises, massage and her recommendation for me to be fitted with a specific low cost “off the shelf” orthotic has strengthened my ankle and enabled me to return to my racquet sports and to work on my landscaping and construction projects without pain. But what is even more important is that she has taught me specific exercises to perform on my exercise ball at home. I can’t believe I have an exercise ball ! These exercises are improving my body range of motion as well as strengthen my ankles even more. I know I need to keep this course if I am to lead a more active life. THANKs Jana.

Been apart of The Danceroom family for 4 years now. From recreational classes, competitive teams, birthday parties, summer camps to adult dance classes, I would highly recommend The Danceroom! I even got my little guy dancing this year and he absolutely loves it! The instructors are patient, kind and very knowledgeable in many different styles of dance while remembering to keep it fun for us all! 5 stars all the way!

It's an amazing studio, the food is so health and delicious, the staff is so welcome and friendly, everybody with a big smile in their face. A great place to charge your energies before or after a day at work. Anne, the owner, is the best with a great energy, an inspiring person. Namaste!

As a coach at this box, this review will obviously posses a hint of bias. The community at CFS is a family. Plain and simple. With some incredible coaches athletes and members, this gym offers an environment that enables absolutely anyone to learn the fundamentals of fitness, train hard, and have a lot of fun doing it. Greg and Mike are the owner/operators of CFS and are probably the most welcoming individuals I've had the pleasure of knowing during my time in Stratford. If living a longer, healthier and fitter life is your goal, stop into CrossFit Stratford and see what's up...chances are it's probably a heart rate.

Fantastic place for massages!

My 6 year old daughter's flexibility and athleticism has increased a lot since enrolling her in dance classes. She is better at cartwheels than I am now!

Dr Hurley is an excellent chiropractor and offers acupuncture which I find very beneficial !

Great quality. My capris are so comfortable. They are also multi purpose as these can be used for fitness or with a dress long top they can be work capris.

The womans only side is not confidential. The machines in there have been broken or half work for the last 3 years. Staff is friendly. Nice facility. Class times are at inconvenient times.
