Terri McCollum has been actively and consistently practicing and teaching Ashtanga yoga for many years in Montreal. She has worked under other studios, and now this new Mysore program at Ashtanga Yoga Montreal is under her wing. She and the other guides/ teachers give many hands-on, personalized, well-crafted assists and adjusts, allowing you to go deeper into your practice. I am very pleased that the studio does not require you to sign in online through applications such as "mind-body online". There is a simple sign-in sheet at the reception and use of a membership card instead. For me, this keeps yoga a haven from my overly computerized life! Wonderful studio, wonderful ambiance, well located and well worth it!

Great gym with lots of stuff to do. Very friendly staff too.

I was in the Montreal area. They set an appointment for 4:30PM a couple of hours prior. I took a 40 minutes drive to arrive at 4:15PM with the place closed and no one there. No courtesy call, nothing to advise me that they would not honor the appointment.
