Synergy training centre is a phenomenal environment. The trainers are highly qualified with lifting knowledge which means the programming is on a whole other level. Every time you show up to the facility you’re greeted with a smile. I truly treat lifting at this facility as a luxury and recommend it everyone!

Les panneaux Therma-ray sont une forme de chauffage extrêmement confortable et esthétique. Le rayonnement des panneaux radiant au plafond chauffe légèrement plus les murs, les planchers et les surfaces des meubles que l'air ambiant. Il en résulte une sensation agréable enveloppante qui convient tant au frileux qu'aux chaleureux. Ce type de chauffage est compatible avec toutes les sortes de plancher et n'est pas compromise par la position des meubles, des comptoirs et des appareils de plomberie. Contrairement aux planchers chauffants, par très grand froid vous ne resentirez pas que vos pieds surchauffent. Par contre, je peux imaginer que si on lésine sur le nombre de panneaux, spécialement dans une pièce au plafond bas, vous allez sentir par endroit que la chaleur vient du plafond.

A fabulous place for the over 50 crowd! Today was a strawberry social with live musical entertainment. Such fun!

It's a Walmart lol. Things are cheap mostly. Staff is abundant. Customer service is great. Selection could be better. Kind of hate that it's a corporation, but that's political mumbo. One of my favorite places to wander around in all the same.

not so crazy about the courses offered. First it took about 5 attempts to be able to pay for various reasons. The first week of kayaking lessons was fine and then the second week each day was cancelled for various reasons and lastly I was told they don't have a truck to transport the kayaks so we weren't even going on the river. I feel like I wasted my money I could have put towards a more professional kayaking course elsewhere.
