I would not recommend this business to anyone. With so many other choices for yoga in Medicine Hat, such as: Half Moon Yoga, Kindred Yoga, Yoga You4ia etc, I can’t be bothered to spend the hundreds of dollars per year I spend on yoga classes at a place of business that treated this customer so poorly. When a business doesn’t look after their customer’s best interest and their sole concern is making money, that is not a good business model in my mind. I would rather spend my money at a business knowing they are looking out for their customers and what they need.

I have been a part of the hour glass factory since July 2015 the staff are amazing never felt more at home in a gym in my life. The hour glass provides a judgement free zone and staff that are always there to help witch sets them apart for other gyms in Lloyd. Beautiful building very inviting recommend this gym to anyone who is looking.

Love this place! The studio is not only a clean and welcoming environment, but the instruction is top-notch. Patti is meticulous in her teaching - she is very aware of your movements and able to easily explain any modifications needed. I appreciate her individualized approach and have definitely noticed an improvement in my lower back pain, flexibility, and overall body-awareness.

Amazing massage therapist’s for the whole family! We are regulars and absolutely love the beautiful space and people who work there.
