I like this gym the girls are nice and I feel they really care about your progress. But the hours aren't ideal they close early 7hpm and 1h or 1h30pm on Saturdays close Sundays . It would be nice to have a key and go when ever I'm free. Like certain gyms do. And no parking! In any case i recommend it!

Drove up from Brampton with my mom & daughter for what we thought was the Headwaters Stable Open house. But alas we were one day early for this location! However, the staff was welcoming & gracious enough to let us explore the farm including touching and feeding a few of the horses.
Thank you all for this wonderfully memorable experience! We hope to visit again soon.

Horrible I took my daughter to medacare the clinic in this pharmacy to get looked at and I get ignored while she sat there drinking her coffee and glance at me and not say a word while she was the one I needed to talk to so she can take my info down so we can see the doc. . Never go there again.
