This newly renovated building is an amazing place to come meditate. Open to the public all week, it host open house meditation at different times each day. Check website for schedule. I go there regularly to sit and meet kind people.

Brittanya gave me the best massage I have had in years. Her bright smile, reasonable prices, and expert knowledge and skills have left me relaxed for days afterwards.

Wonderfully relaxing. Liz listens to what is bothering me at the time of the appointment and then adapts the session to work on these issues. Plus thinks about my chronic issues later and comes with new options for my next appointment. She is wonderful and kind, and a true pleasure to go to. Plus I love the online booking, so that I can set an appointment when it is convenient for me not just when she is open.

My appointment was for 9 so I got there about 15 minutes early and of course not only is it not open but no one was around. A lady finally showed up about 8:57 and said "well we don't open til 9 what's the point in being early", then when we got in the office she said doctor texted that she was going to be late! I replied guess I will text my boss and she responded oh you actually work well reschedule then I simply said no thank you I already got the time off and am now sitting here still waiting for the doctor.... what if I was in labor, could I trust she will not be late then? Not sure this is the place for me and super hope no one else has this stressful experience!

I love the atmosphere at Sante, it is warm, calming and inviting. I enjoy the yoga classes, and the treatment I received was very helpful in many ways.

Excellent instruction in a very supportive environment. Mackenzie is great with kids and even gave my daughter a thank you card at the end of the course. We're very impressed with Discover Circus.

Very professional and good at what they do. I have never been big on Chiropractic medicine, but have really benefited from the visits I have had over the years. Very thankful for the Vitality folks - good people.

My experience with the Shanti studio itself and it's incredible staff was above and beyond any anticipated, pre-meditated experience. I was blown away by the welcoming arms of the women who taught the 200 hour teaching training. I have kept in close contact with the studio since my time spent... and i will most defintely be returning as soon as possible!!!! i love you shanti 💛 thank you thank you thank you... you turned my life right around in the right direction. infinte love xxxxx

Love the place, only wish it had a full meal deal (yearly membership) equal to the memberships of hot yoga in Vancouver ($80 - 100) per month for a year commitment.

I have seen many chiropraticien in my life. Dr Steve Tucker was the fifth one and i've never seen anyone like him (in a positive way). Passionate about his work, dedicated to his clients, Dr Tucker helped me a lot with neck pain and training injuries. He had a lot of knowledge and he cared a lot for his clients. I recommand him for any sort of pain. Best chiro i've seen and probably will ever see.

The staff here is very friendly and informative. We did two rentals ...a canoe one day and stand up paddleboards another day. Both rentals were in great condition and at fair prices. Highly recommend this shop!
