Super great gym in a beautiful location. Awesome coaching, nice equipment and facilities and a really wonderful community feel with laid-back atmosphere and lots of laughs. Definitely a gym I would send my mom to and one I would train at regularly myself if I lived in the area. 6 stars.

I took a wonderful 3 month beginners class to yoga. It was a great mix of yoga and mindfulness. I felt very comfortable.

Small but friendly atmosphere, lots of room to use free weights if you go when it isn't busy

10-2AM empty and I love it. Users do not take as much care of the gym as they should.

Coleman is extremely professional and easy going. He really makes you feel comfortable during the entire visit. He is thorough with his process and always explains everything he is doing as he is doing it. When visiting Coleman, I instantly felt confident that he has the knowledge and skill to help me and provide me with safe acupuncture treatments. His knowledge of herbal remedies is second to none, and compliments his treatments nicely. I would highly recommend Coleman to anybody I meet that is suffering from back pain, stress, anxiety, or really anything else. It's no wonder the Chinese Medicine practice has been around so long with people like Coleman around. It really works!

I have visited a number of other boxes in North America and I absolutely love everything about CFV - the community, facility, programming, WODs and coaching are the best!

Michelle Bedhomme is an excellent RMT! I have been to several RMT’s over the years and Michelle used techniques and showed me stretches nobody else had before . She properly diagnosed my referred pain and actually treated muscles correlated to the referred pain instead of just massaging where it hurt. She discussed the inflammation with the referred pain what was happing to my body due to the repetitive nature of my job (dental hygienist) and is helping me to progress to getting better long term and prolonging my career. I’ve never felt better after a massage. I booked again with her right away.
