Great facility, nice open area for free weights and a good amount of machines. Probably my favorite gym in the city.

Went in to try out the gym for a 30 day pass, loved the gym and the whole energy of the place. Unfortunately I work in remote areas for 6 months out of the year or I would have signed up right away.

Friendly staff. I also enjoy the dimmer studio lighting. It helps in making it feel like you are less on display then at other studios.

Fantastic location, great facility, friendly staff, clean and professional. They offer a great $5 Karma Class on Friday nights where all money donated goes to a monthly charity. Monthly and Annual passes are more affordable at this location, however drop-in rates are still quite high. I don't come often enough to buy a pass, but if the rates were lower or if there were 3 month passes for a decent price I would be more inclined to come more often. All in all, a great facility.

When the signs say "no diving" that means don't dive. Now you'd think for a pool of this size, being on the smaller and more open air type pool they wouldn't splurge on signage that says no diving. They did though, and I'll tell you what I did see there, alot of happy children and seniors splashing around. You want to know what I didn't see there? Diving. There was no diving in the areas where it said no diving. Oh, and a roof. There was no roof. But the water is wet so...

Amazing dental clinic! The Dental Hygienist is very knowledgable and experienced. Dr. Darrell A. Ross is a fantastic dentist. His work is as beautiful and painless as humanly possible. Thank you for the outstanding work! The ladies at the front desk would not stop checking out my husband right in front of me and my child... They could be a little more professional, however I must say everyone here is super friendly and it's a very trust worthy place to come get your teeth worked on. Thanks again for the wonderful job you did on my teeth!

Good times and good people everytime

Where to start...well first thing I noticed with the reception desk ladies is that some of them are rude, disrespectful, bullies, unprofessional and abusive. I'm appalled by the way they treat people and how they handle situations whether it's on the phone or in person. Not only have I heard from other people how horrible they treat people but myself and my husband have experienced it as well. As a doctor, as a professional, I would be embarrassed to have staff like that. Makes me cringe to book an appointment...it's so bad I might actually go to the Ministry Of Health or Interior Health to report abuse. I was not going to write this review but then everyone should know how serious it is. I even heard the ladies at the reception desk talk about other people and laugh at them as they leave...I'm sure everyone feels disgusted about it and it's got to stop! Just cause we live in a small town doesn't mean it should go on like this. There, I finally said it for everyone.
