Asked for a quote for a specific repair. They came and inspected and then quoted. A few days later, a bill for over $200 came in the mail for just the inspection and travel to give us the quote, I had assumed the quote to be free. I had asked two other companies prior for quotes as well, and they didn't charge me for it. I had to go with one of the other two companies for the actual repair. Not going to use HOLT for anything else in the future.
