absolutely terrible! went in at 7:50 on a saturday and they close at 9:30. said they only have one stylist and she wasn’t taking anymore appointments today. they are still open for another hour and 40 minutes! would not recommend at all 👎

A GREAT little Hair Salon. Randy has a GREAT staff there who all care about their clients immensely. I always goto Kathy. She does a great job and is extremely reasonable.

The person that took care of me was Kat. Very professional and knew exactly what to do for Asian hair. This is the only salon I went to so far that actually exceeded my expectations. Also she taught me hair tips and different styling options. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Wow... Jan was awesome! This is a great new place conveniently located on Main Street on half a block off the Connector stop. Jan listened to what I wanted and my concerns ... and she did a great job. The color looked great (and covered the grey longer). The cut she gave me was exactly what I needed. Lots of compliments. Highly recommend her!

My wife got her hair done here. It's a good place. There is usually a good wait, if you haven't booked an appointment beforehand. We were third in the wait-list when we reached and it took a good 30-35 mins. The lady was very good and my wife was very pleased with the haircut. I have had, in general, great experience at Great Clips (another one at Newport) and this one lived up to the reputation.

Absolutely love this location, I've been a great clips customer for years and I always try to find a a quality cosmetologist. About 2 years ago after a number of bad experiences at other locations I found Chelsea at the Great Clips in Oakley, she was an exceptional stylist and I had been getting haircuts from her exclusively for a year-and-a-half until she finally made a career change. After that I was quite disappointed and assumed that I would not find a quality stylist again. Then I visited this location, and in came Mariah on White Horse and Chariot! With the masterful technique of a seasoned professional using scissors so sharp, yet balanced, they could only be named Excalibur my hair was crafted into the Mona Lisa of hairdos. With a smile on my face, a pep in my step and a hairstyle so breathtaking it made David Beckham rethink his updo, I barmitzvah'ed outta there, only to return evermore. On a serious note, while I live in Cincinnati, no one but Mariah will touch my hair.

My daughters' hair looked great. They enjoyed the experience and ambiance.
