Maddie H. is one of the 1st hairstylist I have ever had that actually listens to what and how I wish to have my hair. I can honestly say, I don't know that I have ever loved my haircut this much since Maddie started as my stylist. She is kind, soft spoken and has a heart of gold! Great stylist. One of the best I have ever worked with. Carly is also super congenial and likable, making the whole experience smooth and easy. Finally, love her new digs at the Rookwood exchange - there is plenty of parking and it's convenient to the 71.

I just had my first haircut with Jessica and she was fabulous. She listened to what I wanted and executed beautifully.

Been going here since around 2012... My general satisfaction with Haircut quality has gone down - which is why am here.. Good people, but the haircuts are no longer that good.. I am going to try Sports Clips

They deliver exactly what I wanted. A great haircut at a very reasonable price. I walked in without an appointment and was able to be seated quickly. I had Harold cut my hair and he did a great job. It was $15 for a men's haircut, which is awesome compared to all of the chain haircut places where I would have paid the same or more and ended up having to fix it on my own later. Also I enjoy that they have all the fancy add-ons if you want them, but you don't have to get them. I will be going back.

Today was my 1st time in Pump Salon.Very nice people,very clean.But overall satisfaction of the work done on my hair...HORRIBLE! Went in for a perm.Have had one before,supposed to be tight spiral curls.Instead I have just some regular frizz like I'd normally get when I get out of the shower.No curls what's so ever!Wave and frizz 100% but NOTHING else.$169 plus tax and the tip.So basically $200 spent on nothing!If I wanted to get a wavy frizz I coulda stayed home...got outta the shower and not brushed my hair.

First time going to this location, i didnt get the lady's name but she was very good and it was definitely a cut worth more than $14 she made she to ask me if things looked alright while she was cutting and i appreciated that because most of the time a hair stylist will just start cutting and then only ask me what i thought once they were done.

My highlights were great & she was extremely friendly, but she also cut my hair about two or three inches shorter than what I had asked for.

Sounds like its a good thing this place uses Groupon and Living Social, but I wish I would have read this before I bought mine for a mani/pedi/30 min massage. I went with a friend and asked to have our manicure/pedicure @ the same time. When we got there they acted like they had no idea we were coming even though I had called days ahead to book an appt. We were unable to get any of our services together. The only massage therapist is a male although I had requested a female just for higher comfort level. No apology, just told me "well, he's a professional", which I'm sure he is but I would have liked to have been told that when I called? My manicure was mediocre, although she apparently had somewhere to be because she left without even applying top coat. Pedicure was okay, I've had better. Overall, wouldn't go back.

I always feel like I'm part of the family. Patrick always makes me feel like his favorite client and April makes my daughter feel like a beauty queen! Highly recommend!!!
