My grandmother, my mom & I all go to this salon & love Joyce to death!

Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I wouldn't trust anyone else to manage my hair needs. Highly recommended!

Not impressed. Website says open at 11 to 4 on Sundays. Was there at 1050 and waited until 1115 no one showed up. Will not go back. If they cannot show up to open then I don't want them to cut my hair. I have been calling it is now 1130 still no one there.

I was visiting from out of town and my friend and I decided to get haircuts. I'm SO GLAD we found Summer Tucker at Salon Lofts! We both got super cute cuts and beautifully shaped brow waxes. I am so bummed that I dont live in Cinncinati!

I heard about studio 7 through a friend l took a chance and call to see if i could it in that day they were able to get me in a little later that day I'm glad i went and will never go anywhere else everyone was friendly and the hairstyles did a wonderful job shampoo ,haircut and beard .thank you studio 7

Sasha is the only person I trust with my hair. She always listens and gives advice on styling. I'm very very very picky about my hair and I will never go to anyone else. Best shop around.

It’s an okay place nothing to brag about, spend some more money and go elsewhere. Kandice is very rude don’t get a haircut from her or let alone talk to her. She needs to change her attitude, she’s in a customer service field always remember that!!

Victoria is an expert at cutting naturally curly hair. And the Aveda products tame my curls that are also dyed and grey underneath - meaning even frizzier and courser than they used to be. Great atmosphere. Everyone is friendly. Highly recommend.

Awesome hair

I have dark hair and have never been happy with how any color or highlights have turned out here. I have gone to this place on and off since I was about 17 years old, and am now 32. I had one girl that I loved, Sally, but when she left about 8 years ago, I was high and dry. Any time I have gone back since then, I haven't been happy with the cuts and I've totally given up on asking for any color. I got a gift card recently for my birthday, so I was a little bit bummed that it was to identity, and so I haven't hopped on making an appointment for anything yet. I'm trying to figure out if there's a service I can get there that I won't feel disappointed by. So I called the kenwood location today while driving my 6 month old home from getting shots to ask about their pedicures and manicures. Immediately, before even letting me finish my question, the receptionist cut me off to tell me to go online and look at what's available. And then she cut me off a couple more times, before I could even finish my question again, and repeated herself about going to look at the 35-40 options online or something like that. I finally had to cut her off and ask her if she minded if I finished my question first. Finally I was able to ask my question that I knew there wouldn't be an answer for online. All I wanted to know was how they removed dead skin during pedicures. Even if my question could be answered online, I'm a mother of two. As I said I was driving back home from my 6 month old's doc appointment where he got shots. I don't have time to get online and search through 40 options just to see if they use the cheese grater or not. This really bugged me that she was so resistant to taking a minute to answer the question. In this day and age people know they can go online to search for things, but sometimes, busy moms need answers quick and using the telephone is the most convenient way. I was so turned off that I didn't even bother scheduling anything. I went straight to the reviews where I found that this place already doesn't have many happy customers, and now I am dreading even going in for anything. I'll probably never use the gift card. Save your money and get a Mitchell's gift card (or anywhere else, really) as a gift for your loved one instead of identity.

TINA IS AWESOME!

Took my 5 year old and 2 year old. It was my 2 year olds first hair cut. They were amazing! Very kind to my children. My children were comfortable and left with cute hair cuts. Thank you Jessie and Brandi you ladies were awesome!
