Absolutely incredible. I had purple in my hair that had turned into a nasty looking orange/pink color and I wanted nothing more than to get that out of my hair and Chelsea worked her magic! I’ve never been happier with the end results. Felt like a whole new person!

Kim is awesome! Ask for her to cut your hair.

girls at the register were completely rude and snooty. A smile would have been nice instead of a glare. However one girl did help with makeup but no one else offered..

I've been with this place for a long time and had two great stylists ( Sara and Alli). Unfortunately, they are both gone so I had to book an appointment with a new person, Melissa. I explained to her what I want and she cut my hair, styled it and I went home, feeling OK about it. After I washed my hair at home and it dried, I realized what a disaster she made out of my hair: it is uneven on both sides (one side longer than the other), one side thicker than the other. I didn't have my hair butchered in years!!!!! And now I do. I have been trying to grow my hair in the front for more than a year( I have, better said HAD a straight A-line haircut) with great results from the other girls, and Melissa ruined that in 45 minutes. What a disaster! Here are the pictures of my left and right side of the head, I tried my best to capture how bad it is. I will never return to this place!!!!!!!!

I have very challenging hair and Liz has always done an amazing job. Every time I leave her salon after a color/cut I get so many compliments! Highly recommend!!!

This a review for Custom Cuts. The "Look After Hair Co." is a MO based company that does not have a presence here in the Pacific Northwest. Carol does an outstanding job of managing my unruly mop! :-) Thanks Carol!

Stylist seemed rushed and distracted. I got a weird 1/2 haircut, she shaved the sides WAY short and there was no coming back from that. Let not A symmetrical... it’s not good. Waiting to get it fixed.
