Jessica is amazing!

This Salon should be out of business. I really do not understand how it is. Never been to a salon that was so unprofessional in my Life. Baily Truex charged me for three services I did not receive in one app, when I only went in for a color that was confirmed. She also never gave me a receipt. Spent over 3 hours getting nothing done to my hair but damage. Was jerked around and scammed. She charged me 250 Dollars for a 15 minute toner and a botch job on my head of tiny amount of highlights that turned white at my roots that had been left in way too long and was only a few strands in the picture. Contacted Lisa respectfully and politely informing her of what happend. I called several times,emailed her, left message but no response. Just ignored. Scammed and treated like crap. Never will return. They lost what would have been a regular. I regret trying this place first. LDJ Salon is a pure scam using unprofessionals. Don't be fooled. BEWARE.

Walked in around 4 pm. They took my name, told me it would be about 10 to 15 mins with 2 other people that was checked in in front of me. One customer went back mins later, then another walls in. They had a "online check in". So they went first. I've been sitting here 10 mins at that point. The other customer that was waiting on front of me went back. Then another customer walks in and also has a "online check in". They go before me. I've been here 22 mins now. Shook my head and told the lady to take me off the list. I've been using Great Clips for many years in Goodlettsville, but after that experience, I'll never go back to this one. I'll drive to Goodlettsville. At least they know how to schedule.

Went there this afternoon to get hair cut and color. I had an appointment with Brittany I love this color matches my natural perfect. I also like the way she cut my hair. I know it's hard to cut a person hair the first time but I think she done a really good job for the way I like to wear mine. Brittany is so sweet she also does make up. Before after pictures.

Selma is like family. I see her for all my hair/waxing/facial needs. She will drop everything for you and takes pride in her work. M
