My hair was pretty much hacked off today. I told her I was not satisfied and no I did not pay. The stylist, if you can call her that, didn't smile or even say hello. I showed her the photo I brought in with and she confident of the her skill set. I have a chunk of hair missing behind my ear and the lengths on either side are in even. I didn't get her name but I will never have my hair cut at any of your locations ever again. I have never had a cut this terrible or make me feel horrible. And I used to get my hair cut and a beauty school as a teenager.

Lindsay Cummings is amazing! She did a total transformation with my hair color and cut. I explained what I was looking for and let her do whatever she wanted and it turned out better then I imagined!!
