Had the best customer service and hair cut!

Amanda took extra care with my son with autism. She engaged in conversation with him and didnt treat him any different because he is different. Will definitely return to this location.

They fixed a bad haircut I got at great clips!!! This place is so much better. More friendly and you can tell these stylists are better trained. I have found my new hair salon!!!

This is a great place for everything to get yourself pampered from a basic mani/pedi to a full massage experience. I've been going here for several years and taken advantage of many of their services. I've had the prenatal massage, gotten my hair cut and colored many times, eyebrow waxing, couples massage, manicures, pedicures...the list goes on. I've never had a bad experience. I can't recommend this place more highly.

The best experience I've ever had getting my hair done. I was hesitant going for a new look, but I felt extremely confident after meeting Noel. He's the most experienced hair dresser I've come to and has made me a customer for life. I recommend him to every single person I know.

Cara is the BEST! Always so sweet, patient and kind. My mom is 79 years old and has neck problems as well as the most tender head ever and Cara has always figured out a way to do her hair without a flinch! Thank you Cara for being the person and hairdresser you are!

After being really sick, ending up in the hospital for 8 days and then on bed rest for a few months afterwards, my extremely long hair was in a very, very bad state. I didn't have the energy to keep up well enough with brushing it every day and as a result of that and being in bed laying on it for so long, it ended up getting matted/knotted up pretty badly close to my head/scalp. Despite the the fact that beyond those knots the hair was fine and unknotted, unfortunately the close-to-scalp knots were almost impossible to work through, despite repeated efforts by myself, friends and family. So, reluctantly, I agreed to go see what could be done about my hair professional. We ended up at Heads Up, and the staff there was extremely helpful, friendly and also sympathetic & nonjudgemental regarding my situation and the awful state of my hair. They got me in right away, took a close look at it and told me i needed to cut it short to get past the knots and to let it grow back out, because even if they had 3 people working on it and spent hours detangling it, the hair within the knots was no longer good/healthy, and would just look frayed, frizzled and awful in addition to likely just breaking off easily thereafter. I wanted to get a second opinion from another place before I did something as drastic as cutting off literally close to 3 ft of hair, and everyone there was very supportive of that as well! I left to drive around to several other salons both in the Bellevue area and much further away, and was essentially told the same thing that the stylists at Heads Up had told me to begin with. So, I returned to Heads Up about 90min+ later to have them cut my hair waaay shorter than I've ever had it in my entire life. They got me in right away again and with the same lady who had looked at it the first time around. She was very kind and took her time with my hair, trying to save as much of it as she possibly could, while at the same time trying to give me a style that wouldn't look terrible on me while I was growing it back out. I really wish i could remember her name, because she did a wonderful job given what little she had to work with! :) &Even more than that, her kindness twds me during the whole experience, which was a very very rough time in my life, really made all the difference in the world to me. :)

Best haircut Shantae ever gave me was today! Love it and really appreciate her taking the time she did to do such a good job! A nice gentleman even complemented it as I went out the door, and those are usually non-existent for me!

I have NEVER been so happy with a haircut until I went to see Terri Bartek! I have very curly hair and stylists at other Salons I used to see before could never quite give me the look I was going for. Terri is a miracle worker! She gave me a new hairstyle that I absolutely love and she was so attentive to my wants and concerns! I'm so thankful for her talent! The atmosphere at the Salon is also very relaxing, it's a great escape from the demands of mom life! Frank and Ashley are also very friendly! All around the best place to go for your hair needs! Thank you Terri! I definitely recommend this Salon!
