I got my hair highlighted for the first time ever at 25! I was nervous, but AJ did SUCH a wonderful job! A couple days after getting my hair done, I realized I wanted my hair a little lighter. So, I went into the salon and chatted with the girls at the front desk and they were so understanding and helped me reschedule another salon appointment with AJ - for free! After the second visit with AJ, my hair is PERFECT and I am over the moon with the customer service, skills of the stylists and how welcome they make you feel in their salon. Definitely recommend getting your hair styled here!

worst experience I have ever had at a business. when I first went in, I asked if they did eyebrow threading because it was my first time. The girl at the front desk had an attitude and told me "last time I checked we did, clearly you havent been here before." Then the other woman proceeded to tell me that they are the best place in town and that I should also get my hair done there. She started touching my hair (without asking) and told me that my hair was frizzy and that it needed better color. Finally, I am getting my eyebrows done and making small talk with the woman doing my eyebrows, telling her that I moved to nashville and that I am a musician. She tells me that "I have beautiful eyebrows, but since I have so much going on with my hair and my face that my eyebrows need to be darker and I would look more beautiful with darker eyebrows. She tried to sell me on tinting my eyebrows, I told her I wasn't interested and they said they understood because I am "a starving artist." To say the least I will never return here, $20 for eyebrow threading is ridiculous and I would prefer not to be attacked while I'm just trying to get my eyebrows done. Avoid this place!

We had the best time at this salon with Olivia. My husband and I both got great haircuts and I had mine expertly volumized. We look ready for anything. Thanks Olivia!!!

Celia did a fantastic job on my curly hair! She took the time to find out exactly what I was comfortable with, and I loved the results. The rest of the staff is very friendly as well, and I will definitely be returning.

I followed Natasha to Changes from her other salon. She has cute my hair dozens of times in the past two years. Natasha at Changes, is the best hair dresser ever!! She used to own her own salon in Russia, and has brought some great techniques to this Nashville Salon! She really knows what she's doing, and has a lot of experience. My highlights have never looked better, and my haircut styles itself. She is the best!! She is great with mens and womens hair. Go see her and you wont regret it! I promise!

Problem was fixed. Elan was nice about it. Manager who was receiving messages could have called me back, as I left several. Would recommend.

If you are looking for genuine people that are crazy good at making your hair look amazing, this is the place to go. It is a small locally owned salon where you will get personal service unlike any other place in Nashville. Highly recommended!

I came to Shearluxe Hair Studio to get a Facial and my Esthetician, Elisa Cunningham, was absolutely amazing. I left happy, relaxed, & with a squeaky clean face. I will definitely be coming back and you should go pay her a visit!

I have been to a few of the stylists at Salon Ya Ya in Hillsboro Village and they have ALL been fantastic...just because they would rather live in California, I can't help that! I am now working with Kayla and she is fantastic. She listens, improves every time because I change my mind and is patient and professional and I highly recommend her and this shop. It is low key and feels like family!

Check in online at 3:00 for 3:30 slot. Walk in at 3:15, waiting upto 4:15 as thinking as little wait as described in online. 3 more customers came. Finally stylist came and saying you need to wait for more hr. Does these place is crazy? I never go this place or super. Local salons are far better and respected.
