I'm a formerly regular customer who has since moved away. Back in town for the holidays, I stopped by for a cut and was pleased with their new physical location: more glass, more light, a lighter color palette (i.e. not black anymore), and a more welcoming vibe. I was lucky to land a walk-in with José, who is thorough, precise, and confident. Reasonably priced too!

Hair Haven is a welcoming place that is more than just a hair salon. Dottie and Steve are both very talented stylists. They listen to what your dream haircut and/or color would be and then they tailor that look to your hair and face shape to give you your unique take on that style; so much more appealing than a cookie cutter approach. I get the best cuts and the best color I have ever experienced. Other people, male and female come in looking good. I could never guess whether that is their 'real' color or the masterwork of Hair Haven.
