Hadn't had a cut from a stylist in a while - Ashley hooked it up. Thanks! Cool shop that has an amazing area for kids - xboxes and movies for kids to watch while they get their hair cut. Plus cool chairs for kids to sit it. Clearly thought out to be a full service family shop.

So it's 2:25 pm, I got here at 1:40 pm the salon opened at 12 pm. The door is locked, sticky note on the door says be back in 15 minutes. I went to Kroger grabbed a snack and a drink... Come back still closed. This company is paying someone not to work. Yes I've called customer service. I'm not happy.

I believe they hire without training or evaluating their employees abilities. I cant believe I had to pay for something that I now have to pay again elsewhere to get fixed. Never again and I dont recommend anyone else go here either. I felt bad for the lady so I didn't want to make a big deal of it, but I called corporate and never even heard from them to get someone that can do a good job to fix it.
