So, I sent my daughter in for her birthday. She had a bad experience with a rude employee ( who may have been having a bad day, so I am choosing not to name her or the service my daughter went in for) and left feeling embarrassed and disheartened. I decided to call management (as a manager myself, I know its important to be informed) Karina took my call and was professional, understanding and empathetic. One bad experience will NOT keep us from going to Ulta in Mansfield, however, Karina's professionalism WILL keep us loyal customers! The 4 star review is for overall satisfaction of this one situation, but Karina gets 5!

Been going to them for two months. Get half my head braided and then the back with boxbraids. The last African braider I went to made me tender headed because they screwed up so badly. I told my braider at ali’s not to do it too tight and suprise suprise...SHE LISTENED.
It wasn’t tight at all. It was just enough to have that new fresh braid look. I really appreciate have a braider who isn’t heavy handed or rough with my head. I recommend this shop to anyone who wants to get their head braided without the pain of heavy hands being in your head.

Went there today to get my hair colored. I wasn't for sure what I wanted because I don't get my haircolored often and Ashley talked me through it every step of the way. Was beyond polite and friendly, like everyone else that was working today. My hair turned out beautiful. Definitely recommend!
