Thought this place was great! I got a balayage and a cut! I’ve been looking for a place that actually does what I ask for, and this place gave me exactly what I wanted. I had Lulu and she was amazing and gave me exactly what I’ve been looking for. She helped me get everything I was wanting. All the staff was very nice and welcoming. Definitely will be going there again in the future.

I absolutely LOVE Courtney. She is amazing at what she does. Normally I tend to salon hop because I haven't found that one perfect artist. Well everyone, if you are looking for someone who pays extremely close attention to detail, truly listens to what you want, and can carry a nice upbeat fun conversation while your in the chair, then this is your girl! I am beyond thrilled with all of the work she has done so far. I'm the type that likes constant change and she has nailed it EVERY SINGLE TIME! I am happy to say that I have found my permanent stylist. I couldn't be more thrilled about it!!!!!!!!

Margot cit way to much hair off. Then she tried to glue it back on!!! I was there for 8 hours trying to have my hair glued back on!! She never offers me water, I have to get it myself. She tells at me!! She's mean to me!! She makes fun of me!!! At the end of the day, I still love her and I keep coming back. It's either deal with this, or go to sports clips! No thanks!! Margot is awesome, I'm just kidding.

Two bad cuts in a row, by two different stylists very recently. I got one "just ok" haircut and tipped just a few dollars rather than my usual amount because it wasn't great. As a result, they must have marked me down to screw me over for the next two cuts. My name was also removed from the system, both times, and when it was put back in, they put a fake last name for me. The stylists also put down fake names for themselves on the receipts. I suspect that this is the "angry stylist's revenge" approach at this location, instead of just giving a good cut.
