I was getting a hair cut and mentioned that it was uneven then the stylist said that im wrong and i just tilting my head but really the "customer is always right"

Mariel did an amazing job fixing my hair after my bob was chopped badly and color messed up at another salon. I'm so happy to find an Austin stylist who knows how to work with fine straight blonde hair!

Christina is, bar none, the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. I’ve been seeing her for years now and wouldn’t consider anyone else. She is amazing! I have wavy, unruly hair and Christina provides a Brazilian Treatment twice a year which smooths the hair cuticle, making my hair shiny and smooth. The time I have to spend drying and styling my hair is minimal! The key to a great Brazilian is the “blowout”, and no one, I repeat, no one, does a better blowout than Christina. She is the “master “. And her cuts are fantastic. I get compliments on my hair all the time now, and people ask who does my hair. When you leave, not only are you going to feel great about your hair, you'll be feeling confident and ready to take over the world! But for real, Ati is hands down the best person to not only cut and style your hair, but to also leave you feeling positive, happy, and ready to charge the day! On a technical note, my hair is pretty thin and fine but Ati has cut it making it look and feel full and thick! Friendly staff all around and the owner is super nice too! I will be going here for all my hair cuts (and pep talks!). I HIGHLY recommend!

Miss Arica is the only barber I have tried in this place, and I have been hooked since day 1. They greet you with your favorite beverage at the door followed by a nice man cave style leather chair to sit in. They maintain their schedule, and above all these ladies know what they are doing! I have been 4 times so far, and every haircut / beard trim has been perfected by miss Arica! Thank you for making me feel like a boss!

Got my balayage done and I A B S O L U T L Y loooovveeeddd it! Very professional, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone! All the girls working there were super nice and friendly!

They are very understaffed. The wait was over an hour and didn't get notified. We waited but the cuts were awful. Three boys... Easy... The guy couldn't even work the clippers...🤨🤨

This was my first time in a salon in Austin. I was very happy with my experience. Olivia (colorist) and Sasha (hair cut) were amazing.

First time going here, got an excellent classic barber cut. Walk-ins are welcome and the staff are very nice. Also really close to other things to do and places to eat.

One of my friends works here. Staff is always customer oriented. All stylists really know their stuff. If you don't have a stylist, ask for Cory. He's really good!

I’ve been going to Chris here at this location for about 3 or 4 years now. He’s great at what he does and I’d definitely recommend him to friends and family. It can be a little pricey for a men’s cut but it’s 100% worth it! Will definitely keep coming back while I’m in Austin.

Never will I let anyone other than Vicky touch my hair. I've been going to her for several years. I rarely know what I want to do with my hair, so I just let Vicky do what she does best. I am always beyond satisfied and feel amazing. She is always so sweet! She always asks how my children are doing. Several members of my family go to her as well. Highly recommend this hair goddess! Thank you, Vicky, for always being so sweet and awesome with hair.

Today was my first time coming here but I already knew that they were going to be fast and do a real good job oh my hair I am now going to start coming here forever now this is now my new place to get a haircut and one more thing they were real quick.

I definitely didn't think I had a great haircut. I thought the women who cut my hair was very nice and friendly, but I just didn't think it was a great cut. I went in specifically to get side-swept bangs (I have a ton of baby hairs from my pregnancy and I thought they would blend into a side-bang) and didn't get them at all. I got a layer at my chin or so (but I already had layers so it was basically a trim). And my longest layer definitely needed a little help when I got home-- she missed a few pieces. I think it is nice when someone is very talkative, and I appreciate that, but there is something to concentrating and taking their time on a cut. I have had these bangs before and I was so excited to have a fun cut like that. It was over very quickly and just not what I wanted. I guess it was an expensive trim. Beautiful place and all the employees seem lovely.
