I went in yesterday. I did not have to wait at all. The person that helped me was I believe Angela. It was a great experience with her! She understood I get really nervous of a potential bad hair cut! She reassured me and we had a great conversation as she was cutting my hair before I knew it we were done! I love my hair cut and will now go more often with Angela!! She is the best!

Had color and highlight appointment - I would have BEEN a new customer - lady that's going to do my hair is 10 minutes late. She takes me back we talk about my hair - then asked if she can put some color on some lady that came in after me (must be a VIP customer). I said fine, then I gathered my things up and told them I had a 1 PM appointment - it was 1:25 PM at this time. Some first impression they made - never again - I dropped my $200 somewhere else.

Called to politely check and see if they accepted clients near closing time and the woman who answered the phone was very unprofessional and short with me and made it very obvious by her tone and response that they would prefer not to have a paying customer come in 15 minutes before they close. Which could've been explained and easily understood but instead it was a grudging "we will take it if we have to response"
My haircut usually can be completed in under 20 minutes as I'm not very particular or overly complicated in night styling.

Cut on head was fine. But she shaved part of my side burns/beard. Did exactly opposite of what i asked. There's this huge 2" gap between the bottom of my sideburn hair line and the top of my beard. It looks REALLY HIDEOUS! Why would anyone want such a cut. I may have job interviews this or next week too. It looks like I'm gonna have to shave my beard.
