Went and got a haircut at Great Clips. Walked out thinking she took care of following my instructions, but got home and saw that she did not. Had to go back the next day to find her working but asked for someone else to redo my hair. The other beautician took care of fixing things and feel much happier that I went back and got it taken care of.

I first went into this Supercuts because I had received a coupon in the mail and I have been thing back ever since. Ashley has always done an outstanding job of understanding the type of cut I'm looking for and getting it right every time. She's also great at recommending different types of product that will work best for my style and hair type. I've also had my hair cut by a couple of other stylist as this location and have never truly been disappointed.
