The salon was very nice. I had my hair cut in a very private room. Very nice! One of the best hair cuts I have ever had.

The lady who was cutting my hairs had weird bangs that covered her eyes and clearly did not do what I wanted. This place is understaffed too. She would go numerous times to sign others in while cutting my hair. And they are rude too.

April Humen has got to be the most underrated hair stylist in the DFW area. On a daily basis, I get compliments on my hair because she does such a fantastic job. And I've even seen people with the same color hair walk around and it looks choppy and uneven. April goes into every Client booking with the mindset "what can I do to compliment your skin tone? What can I do to compliment your face shape" instead of being a hair cutting tool, April is an artist. And when given the opportunities to create, she will do a magnificent job. Why haven't any of the top salons found her yet?? She's a diamond in the rough. I'm telling you it's just a matter of time before she's snatched up by a big wig and taken to the land of fantasy bookings and models. Get in while you still can! Been coming here for years. Friendly staff and for just a Buzz cut they only charge $10, I tip $5. Other places like Sports Clips want to charge $25 for a Buzz cut? Even before the buzz cuts the staff was friendly and the cuts always looked good.

I pay so much for just a haircut it was so bad ,she took 45 minutes never going back so disappointed. I wounder if the manager hired people with out making sure if they know what there doing? ???

I was in yesterday to get my hair lightened & root color touched up. I selected a creative director, who was supposed to be the highest level for their salon, Tracy. She was not friendly when I met her or explained what I wanted when showing her the picture of what I would like and how I had my hair previously and just wanted it to be that way again. She chose to color my roots and told me it would be a 30 minute wait though she forgot about me and it was more like 45 because she was now working with another client. She chose to have my hair toned, after asking another stylist what color she should use (remember she is supposed to be the highest level available) and passing me off to another stylist while she continued with the new client. When my new stylist was blow drying my hair I realized my hair hadn’t changed so I asked her what would need to be done to have my hair the color in the picture and she said it would need to be lightened. I asked her to ask Tracy to come over and talk to me about my hair color and why that hadn’t been done. Tracy admitted my hair didn’t look much different from when I came in though she stated “your roots are colored now”. I asked if it was a timing thing meaning she didn’t have the time to do it correctly and also admitted that played a role (I booked for an ombré so I should’ve had plenty of time and was there 3 hours total apparently she just didn’t have the time??) I realize my hair needs to be lightened in sessions but she never gave me a good reason as to why she didn’t chose to do it then other than she didn’t want to damage my hair (?) my hair is in good condition and I have it done touched up/trimmed regularly every 6-8 weeks. I tried this place because it was closer to home and my sister loves their Alliance location but I would NOT ever go back to this salon.

I am so delighted that my favorite stylist is now at this location on Mondays and Wednesdays! Mikayla is one of the best stylist in the company. I have followed her for several years now and can say that she pays very close attention to detail and her customer service is second to none. She has developed a following at every store she ends up at and there is a reason. If you are looking for a stylist, she is excellent. She is in Little Elm the other days, but she will make sure you are satisfied with the cut. She truly cares about making you look your best. She is up on the new styles and trends and of course the classics.

I love ULTA but it is a bit pricy.

She is the best Stylists ive ever had. Such attention to detail. Amazing....5 stars all the way.
