This place is very reasonable for a luxury experience. They have complimentary drinks, and the environment is so clean, and modern. You need to definitely ask for Alexis. He did such an amazing job, and was very inviting, and easy to talk to. My hair came out extremely silky soft, and he did exactly what I asked for. Extremely rude staff!!! They are condescending and one girl Denise is extremely rude. I feel as if I bother them when I ask for help. They're lucky they have a job there because if I was their boss I would have fired them already.

I was skeptical but their add sounded as a great deal because was on a budget...ended up loving my nails and hair cut! Very pleased!

Over priced for a simple haircut. The girl that cut my hair seemed unhappy. No smile, no simple/common courtesy. I thought maybe I'd give it another chance since its close to home, but both times were a bad experience. I would not recommend this place.

They charged me $70 for a pedi & a haircut. It should have been $40 at most per their advertised prices the day I went there! I don't speak spanish, and no one there spoke much english. My husband booked them as a surprise for me, so I didn't know anything about this place. Due to the language barrier, they had to wrote down the price on a paper...there was 3 numbers that added up to 70 even though I only got 2 things done. I didn't get a shampoo or anything. I tried to ask about it, but all I got was a nervous smile, a shrugg and a "eehh no englais no englais". It was either pay up, or go to jail. I paid, and left. I will never go back, and I tell everyone I know never to go there. 3 women I have talked to were going to go there, and after hearing my store, all 3 decided against it. One just wanted a cut, the other two wanted a cut,mani, and pedi... so the fact that they lost all that money makes me feel a little better from being ripped off. They should know that if they're going to rip people off, then those customers will tell everyone they know not to go there. They would have made more money by being honest. This place is near my house, when I drive by I never see this place busy. I'm not surprised.

This is by far the best place hair salon in El Paso, TX. The ladies here really take the time to make you feel comfortable and relax. Once you finish with the service you came in for, you'll leave feeling a brand new person. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for any new beauty care. Although I am sure all the stylist there are lovely, Vianney is my favorite.

I GOT FUNGUS HERE!!!!! ===== RUN ===== First time EVER this has happened to me ANYWHERE!! I have been getting my nails done for over 20 yrs.and I have never.... ever... had this problem anywhere else.... EVER!!! To top it off they sold me this little bottle of anti-fungus (which by the way, was very expensive!) I later saw it at Sally' s for a few bucks. Made me wonder if they carry it there, it must be a regular occurrence with them. When I first started coming to this place it was great, I really loved it. It was pretty reasonable at first but then they started charging more (since prices are not listed). I went there about 5 times and every single time the prices would change.They charge whatever they want. After the fungus incident I looked for a new place. It's a shame because I really liked this place.
