Starr did an outstanding job with my EXTREMELY active 19 month old. She was so patient and his hair looked fantastic.

Bad haircut, horrible customer service. Charged me 40 bucks for a horrible experience. NEVER GOING BACK.

I have gone to Great Clips a number of times and i've never been super satisfied, but this time was especially upsetting. I asked for about 1/2 an inch off and some long layers. The woman doing my hair cut about three inches off the front of my hair without blending it into the rest, and proceeded to add "layers" by only cutting the very top most visible layer around 2 inches. It was a blunt cut and completely stood out from the rest of my hair. I normally am okay if something is off but this enough to have to have it fixed. The woman was also very rude to me and when she finished cutting my hair exclaimed, "That looks so much better than whatever that was that you had before," and I will no longer be going to Great Clips for any sort of service.

The products are all there, the store is clean. The staff is seriously lacking. Been here on several occasions and had the misfortune of having to interact with staff.. Soo not friendly or helpful in any way.

Last minutes preparation for daughter's wedding and her brother needed a haircut. An amazing job and staff.

Miguel was awesome...this was my first time here and was a little skeptical....I just wanted a trim with maybe a change, a little something different but wasn't sure what, he made a suggestion and I said what the heck...so glad I did, LOVE the new look, adds body and volume to what use to be flat, thin boring hair. Thank you soooooo much Miguel, will definitely be coming back to see you again!

Jossy never disappoints with my long curly hair. I'm ALWAYS pleased with her magic hands. I highly recommend her to all my friends. if she can do wonders with MY hair, she can do wonders with yours!

I've had my Brazilian Blowout for almost a month now and can honestly say that it was the best decision I've made for my hair! My hair is now so manageable and has almost zero frizz. The BB cut my styling time and products needed to less than half. Definitely worth the price! Before my BB I could never walk out of the house with no products or styling; now I am able to let my hair air dry and have a frizz-less "beach curl." The fact that I kept most of my curl without the frizz is the best part! It use to take me up to 45 mins to straighten my hair and now I can blow dry it 90% straight in about 10-15 mins and do a quick run through with a straightener if I want it perfectly straight. (I am not that experienced with a blow-dryer and round brush but I am practicing.) Atalaya does amazing work and I would recommend her to anybody who knows the struggle of curly and frizzy hair. ❤
