Usually do a good job, especially cosidering the price. This last time though, they screwed up my sons hair bad. I gave them a picture of him with the haircut we wanted and it was not even close. Shaved the sides and butchered the top. Not sure I willbe back.

Made an appointment online to have my toddler son's hair trimmed. When we arrived a few mins before out scheduled time we were told that 3 people just came in ahead of us and we would have to wait until after they were done. We waited about 20 mins before walking out. Why offer online appointments if you don't honor them?

Worst place to get kids haircuts, there's always only one stylist and the minimum wait for a haircut it's always at least an hour. I took my son to Shear Madness instead and I only waited 5 minutes before they called his name. Don't waste your time in Cool Cuts 4 Kids at the Forum!!! (I would of given it 0 stars but I had to click on at least one to be able to post it, it doesn't even deserve 1 star)

Super quick, fun and painless haircut. Adult quality hair cuts and styles. Just because it's a kid place, doesn't mean the quality goes down. Very reasonable priced. There are cute chairs for the kids to sit in that look like cars or motorcycles, but also two regular chairs. Walk ins are welcome and when I went during the week there was no wait. The parking area was a little limited, but I drive a big truck so that's probably my problem. There's a cute toy area in the front where you can bribe your kids with toys or candy to sit still, too. Will be coming back here for sure.
