Guys & Dolls Hair Salon
9822 Potranco Rd ## 113, San Antonio, Texas, 78251, United States
This is the worst place I've ever been! Mitzi completely butchered my beautiful hair! She needs to be fired! My hair is completely ruined! I had to go to a new salon the day after to have it fixed and they had to cut it all off! She doesn't know what's she's doing! She dry cut my hair and their was no symmetry! My hair was all uneven! She basically gave me a mullet! I am beyond upset! Take her license! The cheap always comes out expensive! Lesson learned!

A Spectacular Hair

Just curious, do I get to pick the hair I want spectacular? Or do you guys choose the one hair? Do people notice a singular spectacular hair? What if I want more than 1 spectacular hair? Is it additional?

I had previously gotten a haircut in California that went terribly wrong. Thankfully Rosie was able to fix it and style it into a really cute bob. I even got compliments on my new hair style at work the next day. I am so grateful to her! I will definitely be returning to make another appointment.
Ulta Beauty

I feel that customer service has gone down hill at this location. It used to be clean and fully stocked, but not the shelves seem empty and the little garbage bins at the end of the aisle are full. The customer service reps seem lackluster and talk to each other a lot.

I usually get my eyebrows and lip waxed, however, a friend recommended this salon for threading. It was painless, fast and the stylist is very friendly. I recommend this place to everyone.
