I asked her for a 2 on the sides and a half inch shorter on the top. She did that but she made my hair line way higher on my side then what it's supposed to be

Ask for Jennifer, she does a great cut and color!! Honestly the only one I trust with my hair, and I couldn't begin to tell you how picky I am lol. They have a great color selection if your leaning that way, but they are also up to date on a lot of the newest hair trends so you don't walk out feeling like you have a "dated" hair style.

This place is always great. Kesha is the best! She is great at everything from cut to color. Been going here for years. People are always friendly and professional.

Melissa at the Foundry is amazing. She was able to fix a previously disastrous haircut done elsewhere. She also gave me a sample of their organics shampoo line which was great, I love it and will be buying some. Also they sell R+H Co which is an amazing line and I am so glad I am able to buy travel size there. Already scheduled my next appt and will be scheduling more!

Really got a good haircut last time but it's hot or miss who you get.

Trisha (the manager) completely restored my experience here at great clips. I had a horrible experience, but due to timing I was forced to try this again. Trisha really listen to my request and gave me ease that she would take care of me and my crazy curls. Within 15 min I was in and out and completely satisfied! I would rate this 5 stars if it wasn’t for the lack of consistency within this company and the people they hire. Hire more Trishas!

I’m giving it one star because this is a good place to go on the days you know what you want to buy and you don’t feel like being talked to. Otherwise, good luck getting any customer service and good luck getting any acknowledgement. I walked in with a few grand ready to spend, and walked right back out because it took me ten to fifteen minutes to find a worker on the floor. When I finally did spot one, she kept taking on the phone and gave me hand gestures. I walked out, went to Sephora and spent a couple hundred there on a foundation I wouldn’t have bought since I WAS wanting to be matched with Estée Lauder. I got NARS at Sephora because the ladies there were kind and extremely helpful! I bought quite a few skin care items at Sephora as well. Worth the money to a company that cares about its customers.
