I am baffled by the lack of consideration skills and customer service from management (Jasmine) They make you feel like you committed a crime when trying to reschedule an appointment. I was questioned like an Interrogation; where are you now? Why can’t you make it, what time can you make it by? And they want you to answer immediately. They fail to provide accurate and transparent information of why they ask your for your CC number when booking an appt. I was attempting to let them know I would be calling back to provide them a more accurate time that I am able to make it, given I was far away from the salon, and was told I was “making excuses and being disrespectful” wow. Then the manager proceeds to withdraw 40 dollars with out my verbal or written consent which I filed a report on already. It appears as this salon is that thirsty for money. I will never let them touch my hair or steal from me again.

I was in last week to get my lashes done for the first time. I can't lie I was pretty nervous. I have always worn false lashes when having a night out but by end of the night I can't wait to ripe them off. So I feared getting them done. Would they would be heavy? What if it was too dramatic or what if I didn't like them how'd I remove it? Walking into the salon I was immediately greeted. The salon is super cute! Upon bring me back Kaitlin took her time to explained process and I even told her I was a bit nervous. She was so sweet and ensured me to relax and when I open my eyes I will have beautiful lashes. The process took a little over 2 hours. Kaitlin keep making sure I was okay and comfortable. After she was done was the final reveal..... they look amazing! I was so surprise that they don't feel heavy at all or do I even feel the lashes. She has them blended in so perfectly and couldn't ask for a better lash specialist. I was definitely nervous however with Kaitlin great knowledge and suberp skills I completely felt at ease!

George Gordiany's is now the only hairdresser I'll allow to touch my hair. He brought my dull lackluster over-dyed blonde hair back to soft, pretty luster and shine. So happy to have found my own hairdresser that styles so perfect for my type of hair. His work shows by the health of the hair he styles. I never do my own hair now and I never miss an appointment with George.

I tried out Eden Salon after purchasing a Groupon there for a facial. Olivia was AMAZING. It was such a relaxing experience and she was so kind and knowledgeable. I enjoyed it so much that I booked my husband an appointment for a few days later. He could not stop gushing about his experience either. Treat yourself!

I have been coming to this location for over 20 years now, and people come and go, but I must say my visit yesterday was a great experience. I was able to walk right in and received one of the best haircuts I've had from Arlene and to top it off there was a sidewalk sale going on!
