Lucy is fantastic. She cuts hair with a masterful eye towards what will and will not work for each individual person - the same can be said regarding her use of color. This means she will not necessarily always do what is asked - because if she thinks it will look terrible, she won't do it. This is her reputation on the line. If you want a professional stylist who will give you the best cut and/or color of your life, I highly recommend her. If you want someone who will just do as they're told (regardless of how poor the outcome may look on you) - I suggest you go to the Mall. Her salon is cozy, easy to access, and she is very friendly and professional. At least half my office goes here, and I have started bringing my mom as well. We won't go anywhere else.

I had a rough start to my appointment. That is why I did not g9ve full marks. My husband got me a Groupon for partial highlights cut and style. Well when I got there they first tried to figure out if it was really their Groupon or a specific stylist that rents a space there. They had to call the own then they persisted to ask me how much did I pay for the Groupon. I told them the truth and the owner said ok fine but we have to charge you 20.00 for the toner with your highlights......I was so upset that this was not included and nowhere in the fine print did it state I had to pay extra for toner. They lady that cut my hair made up for the rude money hungry owner. She did not speak English but she worked some magic on my hair. Gave me exactly what I asked for. I am still pissed about the owner trying to pull more money. I probable will not go back which is sad because the hairstylist was outstanding and the receptionist was great too, but the owner should be ashamed of themselves.

Best hair cuts

Stopped in to try the facial which she described as lasting 35 minutes with cleansing, massage, masks etc., for $30.00 dollars. I was rushed and the door was constantly left opened as she went in and out to check the front. It was the worst facial ever. It last 20 minutes and no masks were applied. She also never changed the water and used the same water to cleanse my face when she applied a product. I hated to pay for the service and left a tip anyway! Ugh! STAY AWAY!

I asked about pricing and it didn't seem like a pleasant environment. The lady made it seem like i was bugging her. The prices seemed way too high as well. So i decided to leave.

My daughter and I both got our hair done here and they did an amazing job. Flora was very nice and professional as well as all the ladies that work here.

Always look forward to go there..great service, professionalism, personnel with warm smiles..great decorations!

I had a good experience here. Both of my son's hair cuts were great. I wasn't as satisfied with mine, but I'm sure if I went back they would be sure to fix my concern. Over all the waiting time was fast. Good and nice workers.

If possible, I will give them zero star. I show the girl the picture I want my hair to be and she end up cutting my hair into something else completely different .....instead of simply apologized, she just gave me more excuses. I explained to her several ways how I want my haircut and she still mess it up. She had no skill so whatever. If you want to look ugly for months, go to this location. The other location of supercut never mess up my hair ever and I have been using this branch for years. This location don't even provide hot towls. I hate my new haircut and almost cry when she was done with my hair....i had never felt this bad about my hair in my whole life....

Dylan did a FANTASTIC job on my shaggy dog mane! I waited to post this review to see if I could reproduce her salon styling & have my hair look as great as she did. I can do it! The cut is so great & it is so easy to do. I am very happy & have received several compliments on my new hair style (long scraggly hair in a claw clip to above shoulder length stylin' bob). It is a little shorter than I requested, but it is probably one of the two best haircuts I have ever had! Thank you, Dylan! I WILL BE BACK!!
