Paula was very rude and did a terrible job. We asked for a shampoo and 1/2" trim. She quickly took the cape back off to go shampoo, and was splashing everywhere. Then she wanted to cut off 1-1/4 inch! We reminded her we just wanted 1/2" - Trim... Paula's response was, "well, it's still going to look raggedy", and that she knows hair because she's been dealing with our type of hair for 48 years - yes, she said 48... She was cutting so fast, and not even being gentle about it. I guess she was rushing so she could get out by closing time. If that's the case, she needs to be put on the morning shift, and Premier Cuts shouldn't take any walk-ins past 6:15 pm. That was NOT a very Premier experience, and we will NEVER have Paula's services again. Ugh, we should have waited for Ben! This will be our second time serviced by Paula. And now will be our second time having to go to Ben to get our hair fixed. ;(

We absolutely love The Fixx! Lauren and Kara always do amazing work and make us feel special and pampered.

My stylist was Roman, and he was fantastic! Made sure to clearly understand what I wanted, then checked with me several times during the cut to make sure I was happy with the progress. I will be returning, and will be sure to ask for Roman again.

It’s always easy to schedule with the salon since they have two locations. The hours are great too. It took me awhile to find a stylist I was happy with and I’m glad I found Ashley. She’s personable and makes me feel comfortable while providing me with excellent service.

They took their time with my son and it was his first haircut. They did a great job .

I've been to ulta's hair salon 3 times & i always go to Lauren. She's the best, i went for 2 hair cuts and then to get balayage. she takes her time, doesn't rush, good conversations, & great pricing! I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my hair done. also there is a 20% off your first visit to the salon so that's great too.
