Does not honored appointments! I've tried them 3 times and each time something goes wrong. This time, I made an appointment for 7pm. I arrived at 7pm to no available stylists and was told to wait while one stylist finishes a customer's cornrows. What bothered me was that she just started those cornrows. She was literally on beaid #2. Which meant she could have made a choice to not do her hair and tell her to come back the next day. But no, she starts her hair. I sat for about 25mins wished them all a good evening and left. The unfortunate part is that this is the second time they have not honored an appointment. Don't take appointments if you aren't going to be ready to provide the service. It's cool, plenty of places don't take appointments so they can just roll with the work as it flows in. But an appointment means that we have agreed to a time for me to exchange money for a service. They do good work, but their service really sucks. I will never return.

WARNING: STAY AWAY . MISLEADING PRICING POSTED ON WALL $148.00 for a cut, wash, and flat iron, ( he cut one side shorter than the other and there is no style it looks like someone placed a bowl on my head and cut around it). It took 5 hours. At first it seemed as if he may have known what he was doing. Steam was something new. But I should of known when he rinsed the conditioner out with more hot than cool water to lock in the conditioner, to get up and walk out. The blow drying process was torture, he nicked me with heat twice (but he claims to not burn). The flat Iron process felt like he was pulling seperate strands of hair out from other areas of my head. I'm the idiot for not getting up an walking out. When finishing up he tried to use the clippers to tighten up my edges(forget about it) . I REFUSED! I didn't like my hair, I sure wasn't going to be any dumber than I already was. I figured ok, I made a $80.00 mistake according to the pricing on the wall 39.99 for cut and 19.99 for steam, and even though I didn't like it, I always tip $20 minimum for time and effort. This fool dropped an $148.00 price tag on me. 😱. I asked for what then he pulls out pricing sheet that is kept on a magazine rack. This Man claims to know God! SMH, obviously not, but he will by the time this karma rolls back around on him. Its 7 am 11 hours later and my head and scalp hurts from how aggressive he was on my scalp. ... Love my hair!!

The phone number is the wrong number from this website. I waited for a stylist to pick up the phone and the lady at the other end said that I would need to go into the salon for a price quote. They said that the line that I called was a leasing line for the stylist. I was calling for an estimate for what their prices are starting out at. I don't feel like wasting my time, gas and money from this company.

I've been with this girl for about 8yrs.. I drive 4 hrs every month just to get my hair done by her.. I'll follow her where ever she goes. If you want that celebrity type weave this is your girl.

I don't understand all the negatives listed here. I've been going here for almost 8 months now. The ladies here are great, I've yet to see my hair get butchered. They also did an amazing job with my wife's color job. I will keep going here until I have to move.
