I was skeptical about renting my own salon suite at Salons by JC for Eyelash Extensions in New Braunfels because I knew I didn't have very many people that would follow me from my previous salon in San Antonio. Stephanie (Parker) showed me around and discussed how much I would be saving by renting vs my commission. She told me about their free booking app, and encouraged me that more and more.people were walking in looking for my type services. I am so amazed at how much my business has picked up in just 2 short months! Can't wait to see what the future holds for me here!

Outstanding hair salon with friendly stylists

Beware of Debra room 200, she is dishonest, ghetto, very loud, doubles her prices on you after your first visit, will have you waiting while she goes out to get something to eat and while she goes shopping without telling you. She lied about the price. About using conditioner after a shampoo. That is why we as blacks do not support black businesses

For the guy with the beard yeah no good at all very bad , at cutting hair , do not go with him . As of the ladies their amazing job ! But that guy with the ugly hair himself do not trust him he will leave u with the worst hair cut ever

Great salon. Very cute, easy to get to and clean. McKenzie did a great job on my hair! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new salon.

Those who complain for waiting 15-20 min can go to Supercuts--I will wait whatever it takes to come out looking like I do! Celebrity stylists in this place!! And if celebrities (who come through the back door often), and Spurs players and their families trust them the way I do, there must be something FABULOUS. Don't take my word for it--try for yourself! I LOVE THEM!!!!

I got my hair color treated for the first time ever today by Chantlyn! She did an AMAZING job on my hair and I couldn’t be more satisfied. She’s patient and very helpful and answered all of my questions about the process. She has magic hands on her to say the least. My hair is flawless!

Absolutely amazing! Homer is the best, if you want an experienced artist who knows color, style and precision..this is the place to go!!! Everyone in this establishment is professional, absolutely an amazing artist!! Highly recommend this salon!!!

This haircutters location was terrible. Went in for a consultation where I was told that what I wanted to do was possible (Norma, the owner, was my stylist). She ruined my $200 hair extensions and my natural hair color. I wanted a blonde ombré look and came out with orange tips and streaks all throughout my hair. Although I protested, she insisted that I pay her $200 for the slap job that she did. She "promised" she could fix it, but as I was there for 3 hours already I was not in any mood for her to fix the mistakes that shouldn't have been there in the first place. I'm not the kind of person to write reviews, but because she did such a horrible job and did the bare minimum to fix it, I decided to publicly expose her shitty work. Also, other customers came in that day to complain about the haircoloring they received! Don't go to this location! You'll pay too much and you won't like the results. That's about the only thing guaranteed.

Very professional staff, I've been getting my haircut by them for almost 3 years now and wouldn't think of going elsewhere. the staff is friendly and greets you with a smile no matter when I've come in and have even stayed a bit late at times to help out their customers.

I've had two stylists at Reactions, and they are both very skilled. One moved away :-( and the one I see now helped me transition into a new hairstyle that is perfect for me. I've watched the stylists at Reactions, and they listen to their clients and help them figure out what they want in a hairstyle. There's no manipulation so they can try out the latest hair fad on a customer -- they're professional and friendly.

Love love but u realise how broke u really are

Two ladies that work in the evening were ok but I went during lunch one day and the lady that cut my hair knew nothing. When she started I noticed instead of going against the hair with clippers she was moving down my head which I wondered how she was cutting any hair but I'm not a barber so whatever. Afterwards I saw how uneven everything was. And I had to tell her to trim the edges around my neck and around ears and sides. When I got home my wife looked and showed me hairs that we're over half an inch long left on my neck. Also I found a place where she literally carved a piece behind my ear. Lol I mean if you mess up, have the decency to tell me and try and correct it, not let me walk out the door and say oh well. I usually don't care to much about my haircut, as long as it's halfway decent who cares....but this was just crazy. I seriously wondered if she ever cut hair before because I've never had anything like this happen. Never thought it would be so hard to find a decent barber around, not to mention tipping. A tip is something that is earned, not automatically included. Especially when it comes to cutting hair. Some people get offended when you don't tip. Idk if it's this upcoming generation that feels entitled but I would not recommend this place, at least during the early day to mid-day hours.
