The customer relation representatives are friendly and very accommodating. The store is very clean with almost no hair on the floor, which is amazing for a shop serving a plethora of diverse guests in a extremely busy mall. The staffing did seem a bit short tonight, leaving the hairdressers to have to stop cutting hair to serve other guests, making the current and future customers wait longer for their haircut. The employees do not post any credentials at all anywhere in the store, except for the city operating permit, which I find extremely unusual for this type of store where licensing and qualifications matter. Also, there are no posted prices for services provided, leaving the customers guessing. Another down side to this location is that there are very few seats for guests and their family/kids/friends to wait. It seems that most of the available space, other than the salon both area, is occupied by hair care products.

Great haricut by Emily for every member of my family. She gives an awesome shampoo. Most of all I love the atmosphere in this salon. The women are nice. The chit chat in the salon is pleasant and joyful. It is truly enjoyable to be in the same room with all these ladies. I look forward to my appoinments!

If I could give them a 0 I would. Went in for a trim and long layers and the girl butchered my hair. It looks like my 6 year old did it, I couldn't tell in the chair because it was still wet. She must've known she messed up because she asked another "stylist" their opinion and they gave it their approval. My son also got a haircut and the front of his hair is cut at a 40 degree angle, which the man that cut his hair made sure to comb over with gel to hide.

Went there on a schedule appointment to get my hair done for an event that day, giving enough time to get what I wanted done which I spoke to the manager there and she told me it was fine. Got there as soon as I told her what I wanted she told me it can’t be done because some excuse that it takes time, explaining the situation and knowing what she was going to do because it was written down in the appointment she still denied me the service. Letting that go I ask her for a cut and curl at least and she did a poor, horrible job at it, not only she cut my curly/wavy hair when it was dry she curl my hair and said “hopefully it last to the event”. Never in my life had that indifferent kind of service from someone that just wanted to have the rest of the day off. Don’t waste your time is better paying someone that actually wants to work and make you look good.

Switched from another barbershop in coliseum that uses sports to lure its customers and haven't been disappointed. The stylists don't save the data but they listen to you which is key because if you save the data at the other place wouldn't get something different each time. Wait time is minimal compared to the other, 10 mins vs an hour most the time.

Morgan has cut my hair twice. She is amazing, really. She takes her time and does exactly what I ask, so rare. Normally I have to come home and cut something that they missed or even something out, not with her. Really a good and precise cut.

I walked in there to get a trim for my kinda long hair. i know most places add a $10 upcharge for females with long hair. But for a basic "cut the dead ends" hair cut- i was charge $40! that is outrageous! It was a nice cut, my hair looks nice, but the stylist didnt utter a word to me. there was no personal service at all. for that price and lack of service- i will NEVER be back again.
